We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload designs, or contact us for support. This includes:

• Email address, phone number, and account credentials
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers)
• Designs and images you upload to create mockups
• Usage data, preferences, and, where you have consented, analytics and marketing preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions

3. Data Security and Third-Party Processing

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. To generate mockups, we process your uploaded designs using our systems and trusted third-party service providers (including AI and image-processing providers) solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your designs or use them to train AI models. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We also use third-party providers for data storage, email and SMS delivery, and other essential services; we require them to maintain appropriate security and use data only as necessary to provide the service. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can request account deletion at any time through your account settings. When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. After a 30-day reactivation period (during which you may restore your account via the link in the confirmation email), all associated data—including designs, mockups, and personal information—is permanently deleted. We may retain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, resolving disputes or enforcing our terms). You can manage preferences in account settings or contact us to exercise your rights.

5. SMS and Account Verification

We may send you SMS (text) messages for account verification when you explicitly request a verification code (for example, when verifying your phone number or account). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. By requesting a verification code, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
